Описание проекта «Юлия»

Внешний вид коттеджа «Юлия» выполнен в современном стиле, сочетая в себе практичность и изысканность. Обширная летняя терраса S=18,57 кв.м. открывает двери в просторную и освещенную панорамными окнами гостиную, совмещенную с кухней и столовой. Помещение занимает площадь 31,39 кв.м. Здесь же размещается лестница на второй этаж. Проектом предусмотрена уютная спальня S=11,29 кв.м., напротив которой имеется вместительный гардероб, а рядом — совмещенный санузел с ванной.

Главный вход в дом начинается с тамбура с высоким крыльцом и небольшой прихожей S=2,95 кв.м. Для того, чтобы обеспечить двухэтажный коттедж теплом, светом и другими благами цивилизации, архитектор спроектировал помещение котельной в углу первого этажа (S=5,45 кв.м.).

Поднявшись на второй этаж, мы попадаем в широкий холл S=16,9 кв.м., огражденный перилами. Здесь предусмотрен второй свет прямо над гостиной с видами в сад благодаря высоким панорамным окнам. Для домочадцев имеются две уютные спальни и совмещенный санузел с ванной.

Строительство дома по проекту «Юлия» началось в июле 2019 года в д. Зубарево.
