Описание проекта «Ингвар»

Проект двухэтажного коттеджа «Ингвар» создан на основе популярного проекта «Анжелика с гаражом».  Проект «Ингвар» усовершенствован: в доме больше места, планировка более комфортная, учитывает особенности семьи будущих хозяев, а в гараже имеется погреб для хранения овощей и консервации.

При входе в дом — большое крытое монолитное крыльцо 8,04 м2. Дальше мы проходим в холл (8,48 м2), из него открываются двери в хозяйственное помещение, в совмещенный санузел, а если пройти прямо, мы окажемся в просторной кухне-гостиной (29,01 м2). Площадь гаража составляет 34,26 м2, рядом помещение котельной (10,37 м2), в гараже — выход в погреб 2,5х2 м.

Второй этаж дома – зона отдыха и сна. Здесь две спальные комнаты по 14,26 м2, большой холл 17,99м2 и туалет совмещенный с ванной (5,11 м2). Проект «Ингвар» предназначен для семьи из трех-четырех человек. Уютный и эргономичный коттедж будет радовать своих хозяев долгие годы. Строительство «Ингвар» проводится СК «Веванта» под ключ в Коттеджном поселке «Елки».
