Хозяева «Елены» отпраздновали новоселье год назад – 1 января 2019 года. Сегодня дом находится на гарантийном обслуживании строителей. Едем в гости! Заказчицу дома зовут Елена. В ее честь и назван проект. А живут в доме родители Елены, для них и был реализован данный проект.

— Мы построили дом для родителей. У меня брат приехал с Севера и поселился с семьей в «Зеленых холмах». И сразу мама захотела переехать к ним поближе, потому что у брата трое маленьких детей.

Строить дом мы решили с компанией «Веванта», так как семья брата уже построила дом в вашей компании. Стали выбирать проект, наверное, проект — это самое главное в строительстве. Если вы сразу знаете, что вы хотите, то у вас все получится. Проект мы выбрали в интернете очень простой, но комфортный. Так как дом для проживания двух человек пенсионного возраста папы и мамы, выбрали одноэтажный дом. В нем обязательно должно было быть три спальни, два санузла, кухня-гостиная. И так как родители занимаются садоводством и огородничеством, должна быть утепленная веранда с большими окнами.

Проект мы выбрали, планировка нас полностью устроила, но снаружи ничего интересного не было, и тогда нам помог сотрудник компании «Веванта» Дмитрий. Он воплотил в жизнь все наши мечты, желания, в общем, создал для нас вот такую красоту!  То есть весь дизайн фасадов дома это заслуга вашей компании и непосредственно Дмитрия. Благодарим его за это!

При приемке дома вопросов не было, все проблемы были решены. Нас устроили и сроки строительства, и качество. Дом находится на гарантийном обслуживании и ни разу нам не было отказано в решении каких-либо вопросов.

Дом небольшой, но создается впечатление простора. Здесь хватает места всем. Посторонние люди, которые покупают участки в «Зеленых холмах», заходят к нам и спрашивают, как построились, с кем… Я рада, что всем нравится наш дом.

Комфортно, удобно, тепло, все продуманно, ничего не нужно доделывать. Остается только заниматься уютом, обустройством, рассадой, огородом, своей жизнью. В общем, это дом для жизни!
