Описание проекта

Фасад дома выполнен в классических цветах и смотрится стильно и современно. Общую картину дополняют высокие окна. Они не только украшают фасад, но и наполняют дом солнечным светом, усиливая ощущение простора.

Под крышей из высококачественной гибкой черепицы скрывается интересная и нетипичная планировка. Главная особенность — это гостиная, разделенная на две зоны. В первую мы попадаем сразу из прихожей. Эта часть совмещена с кухней, имеет панорамное остекление и выход в сад. Вторая зона отделяется от первой перегородкой и ведет к двум просторным спальням.

Помимо этого в доме предусмотрена еще одна спальня, 2 санузла, котельная и гардероб.

Строительство дома по проекту «Михаил» началось в мае 2020 года в КП Альпийская долина.
