Строительство дома началось в мае 2019 года — заложен фундамент. В марте 2020 года начинается второй этап строительства — возведение коттеджа под ключ.

Описание

Счастливым обладателям большой и дружной семьи понравится наш новый проект. Загородный дом «Саша + Лена» — это мечта семейной пары, которая уже в этом году начнет превращаться в реальность…

Вход в загородный дом начинается с небольшого тамбура, который открывает двери в комфортно оборудованный гараж S=24,18 м2 и основные помещения первого этажа. Вместительная прихожая ведет в спальню и самое просторное помещение дома — гостиную-столовую (S=36,09 м2), объединенную в одно пространство с кухней. Здесь же для удобства располагается кладовая. Так как строительство коттеджа планируется в комплектации «под ключ», то проектом предусмотрено обустройство котельной S=6,94 м2 с выходом во двор.

Отдельным пожеланием заказчиков было размещение на первом этаже сауны с комнатой отдыха и санузлом.

Поднявшись на второй этаж, мы попадаем в просторный холл, объединяющий между собой три уютных спальни, одна из которых имеет доступ на балкон. Для удобства домочадцев предусмотрен совмещенный санузел с ванной.

Такой проект идеально подойдет для комфортной загородной жизни семьи из 4-5 человек.
